Child Health Issues

My son is one year six months old, is he frequently passing stool, we gave him paracetamol syrup, his body temperature is 98.5 dec cent. Even he refuses to take food. if food taken then omitted. Environment temperature is around 38 degrees centigrade.

My 1 week infant is doing motion in drops by drop regularly ..it is mostly in liquid stage and in very small quantity...is it normal for infant? His intake is only mothers feed.

Can i take lactonic granules without any doctor's consultation? I have very low breast milk bcoz of thyroid n i have only 1 month baby n i want to feed only my milk bcoz formula feeding is creating a lot of stomach prblm in my baby n i cant see her pain..Please give me a detailed solution so that i can give my baby sufficient breastmilk..

My 1 mnth baby girl doing poop 7 to 8 time in yellow color.. but with poty watery type bleeding is also coming.. she cried before doing poty afterwards she remains silent..? Is she is facing trouble while passing..? By using pump i am providing her my milk.. bt my milk is not sufficient.. so i am providing her amul spray formula milk for infant..
