~3yr old getting rashes over his leg and hand. and now few over butt as well. it's itchy. these redness are in form of circular patch and few are just little bumbs. kindly suggest what can be done at home. today one came at mouth corner as well

When my baby was born his head was oddly shaped during delivery. After few weeks his head was rounder but there were prominent skull sutures. There was nothing prominent on the front but when he was three months a ridge was prominent. At four months we all can see that and it looks like it’s growing. His face shape is normal and reaching milestones before time. What could this be??

We are using Colicaid and Neopeptine for our 20 day old baby. Can someone please suggest if we can use them together? We give colicaid 0.5ml before the feed 3-4 times a day; Neopeptine about 0.25 ml twice a day after 15-30 mins of feed. Please suggest if the dosage is advisable and safe.
