My son has been having recurrent cough and cold associated by a fever of 39.6°c what can I give him?

Syrp. Relent plus 3.5 ml twice a day for 2 days Otrivin p nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 4 times a day for 2 days And give fever medicine also
