Baby of 4 month is suffering from runny nose and from cough. Please suggest..

Hi Doctor, My son 5 year old is suffering with fever and cold from today. Fever stopped in the evening. But Now in the night it increased again and also his eyes are completely watery from yesterday and getting tears frequently. Also he is feeling shivering Please suggest a remedy for the same. My son is 8 months old. We noticed some foam and Mucous in his stool for five to six times a day since last five days. We feed him cerelac twice a days, AROKYA toned milk twice a day (160ml) and mother milk throught the day. I am vegetarian and I follow good diet. We are clues what went wrong. Could you please provide proper solution and what could be the reason for this?

My son who is seventeen months old had fever for two days. But since then he has left eating any food. He is just having breast milk and a biscuit, water. He has got some rashes on his back. All his vaccination are given on time.What should I do? I am very worried for him. Doctor has given a syrup A to Z. He has got some cough and cold too for 25 days now. He is having levolin syrup , Allegra syrup also.

Then after how many days can I keep my son with me..is it just after vaccination?

My son is two year old nd he has not started speaking yet.not even maa paa he babbles alot though his hearing is good he doesnt respond much but when we are playing hide and seek he responds to his name and finds us and he shows fruits ,vegetables ,colours & animals but doesnt say single i m really worried

My blood group is a-ve and that of boy blood group is a1b +ve is it ok to proceed marriage

Loose stools...after eating anything..she developed it from today morning...scared to eat anything...

Thank u doctor kulkarni.. his current weight is 7.8 kg not that much little bit water quantity he doesn't have a any fever and baby is active but is passing stool 5to 6 times a day and the quantity of stool is not large but mucusy with white chunks
