Hi.. my six month old daughter have a low temperature fever 99 to 101.. she as a fever more than 20 days 2 days are normal then again fever start.. urine analysis and urine culture test are normal only I m big worried lot she activities well when fever coming she feels tird.. last 2 days vomiting too.. her hands palm and bottom of foot are realy too hot.. doctors says may be its viral infection but I cannot take it easy.. pls help me.. if viral infection more than 20 days?

My two year old baby boy is not speaking any word. What should I do? Should I consult to doctor or I can give some home remide

So I just moved states and my son had received rotavirus 1 in the old state Assam. But when we went for 2nd vaccine schedule, we were told, rotavirus is not given in this state, Karnataka. Should I get this from a private hospital the next day or just skip it?
