My 13 years old son takes omnacortil tablet 20mg by mistaken , means overdose. What should I do? Is it dangerous?

My baby is now coming to 2 months old. She has rashes on her face since her 3 weeks old. Her face rashes come and go and yet to recover completely. Sometimes she will use her fingers with mittens to rub her face. I guess she may feel itching on her face?
