Frequent fever in children

I hv 3 children ,son is 5 yrs...daughters of 2 yrs and 1 year...my children fall ill frequently..every week any one them wil b ill...mostly with fever and cold...this happend year along...we both wont gv any junk food or cool drinks or packed snacks to them...we alwaus gv thm fruits or home made food to thm...bt still same situation is arising...we dnt knw wat to do...plz..help me to came out of this problem...
