Can we use for my 3.5 years girl Alex junior 5ml every time for 3 days. Since we are using only 2.5ml only

My 10 year old is having widal test positive, doctor advised her with Rantop syrup ,she is not having fever from last 2days.can I give her typhoid vaccine now?

My 8 month old baby has a urine infection because of bacteria E coli. This was seen in her urine reports. Now she is on antibiotics Nitrofuration since 4 days but the issue is she is vomiting too often at least once or twice daily mosty one hour after she takes her does of antibiotic. My son is 4 years old and suffering from prolonged cough since last 3 weeks. Already consulting Dr. And gone through full course of antibiotics as well asking with other cough medicines but still not much benefit. He use to have running nose day time and blocked nose while sleeping time. Also has gastric problem before sleeping. Cough serious just before sleep and after he awakes. Xray is done but no symptoms of pneumonia or anything. He lost approx 2 kg weight in 3-4 weeks. I'm kind of feeling like running out of option as what to do, please suggest
