My baby girl heating her head and other body parts are normal. After giving her medicine heating problem solve for 3/4 hours after that again start heading.. pls help

High fever 103-104 every 2 hrs for 20 months baby from last night and not reducing even after medicine mefkind-p syrup

My daughter is going to be 1 yr on 10th April. I was giving zincovit drops 10 drops twice a day as per Dr. Proscribed. Now I have taken zincovit syrup so what would be the dosage?

Dear Doctors My son is of 5 years old and he is suffering with fever(100-102) and itching since last 3days(From 1.3.18). Itching started after fever. Day 1 had 5 episodes of vomitting after that no episodes.Skin becoming red where ever he is scratches. Presently using Chlorpheniramine maleate syrup, lactocalamine lotion and Paracetamol Syrup. Mild fever and itching present till today(3.3.18) also. Could I need to change treatment? Kindly suggest me better treatment.
