One eyelid red and swollen
The upper eyelid on my son's right is swollen and red. He hasn't been scratching it to indicate itching  nor has there been any discharge. He is his normal self,no fever or anything. Please advise. He is 20 months old and it's been 2 days since I've noticed this.

If the EYE is normal,i.e not red,it's probably a stye. Use warm fomenting on the eyelid, and it'll improve by itself in 2-3 days. If tender to touch, antibiotic and anti inflammatory meds have to be added.
