My kid(1yr 3 months) is having severe cold and cough. She is not having any food crying continuously. she is only having milk and biscuits. Milk will also cause cold. Any other food can be given.

Need help with personality development, my daughter is not at all focused on anything, other kids don't want to play with her because she has an annoying attitude. She doesn't even listen to her teacher. Her mom has to shout and scream at her to get her to do something. So need help what needs to be done. She is loosing her friends and no one wants to speak to her.
