I got home from work about 5 and my one year old was running a fever of 101. I gave him cold medicine and Tylenol. Checked an hour later and his fever was down to 99.7 and it is back up to 100.5. When should I take to hospital? Should I be worried that he hasn't stop right you a fever?

My baby had 9 months old. She is mentally alright. She is hearing well and speaking well also.She born 2.1 kg weight. So now her weight is 6.3 kg. She is crawling and walking with support of walker also. But she can't sit. Is it required for bera test.

My baby is 4 months old and is exclusively breastfed. Sometimes he has an aversion on breastmilk and he doesn't like to drink formula as well. So I would like to introduce solid food for my baby. My baby girl is 4 months old. When she was 3 months old, i.e., on 25th feb, she had some dirty white discharge in her belly button and it was swollen. Paed said that it is an infection and prescribed an antibiotic cream instructing us to bath her regularly and use that ointment. We did it and it was healed in few days. On 28th March, again there was some discharge but not swollen. Applied that ointment and it was fine. Today I can see a small sac like liquid inside belly button.
