The number of motions is not important for babies for the first 3-4 months of life, and can vary between 10-12 a day to one motion after 3-4 days. What is important is the consistency of stools, which should be soft and formed. As long as she's active and feeding normally and there's no vomiting or abdominal distension, relax!!
