Bad rashes & frequent stools

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Sarah (9.5 months) passed stool 8 to 9 times yday. 4 to 5 times has been a norm since she has started teething. She has developed bad rashes so much so that she weeps inconsolably on application of any rash free cream. Stool dont seem to be watery loose. Applied Eumosone M last night, rashes have settled a bit but I feel ita likely to get bad whe she would pass stool/urine again.

Stop bottle feeding and use a spoon and katori to give top milk. Give 3 each of milk feeds and solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet. Give ors after every loose motion if watery,add ONLY Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days,NO other medicine required. For rash continue with both the creams you mentioned,alternatively.
