My daughter is now 1.5 years old 1. What i can do to increase her immunity power as we both get cold and fever on every climate change. 2. I am doin breast feed to her daily once during night. Is this good time to stop breast feed now.

My baby is now 6 months old. Had him on Nan in the beginning. Made him constipated and gave him cramps. He is on similac now. But it looks like he is getting heartburn from it. Can I change the formula to S26 gold or to lactogen?
