U should give him ors. Not ors l.plain ors is who recommended sloution for diarrhoea.ors l is just an enegy drink.also give paracetamol for fever 6th hrly if needed.give zinc drops 1ml once daily for 14 days.if any signs of dehydration consult pediatrician immideatly.

U SHOULD GIVE ORS which is recommend by WHO ( world hearth organisation )
ORSL is a an apple drink sold in tetra pack
This ORSL is not formulated according to WHO recommended proportions
So give only ORS
