Child Health Issues

1 year old has severe diarhea with minor vomiting, giving bifilac 5ml twice a day since last two days but no improvement. Have limited milk intake to once a day but even that one time is followed by severe bout of loose motions 6-7 times in 3-4 hours. Child has good water intake, not taking solid food and severe diaper rAsh despite using cloth nappies and not using wipes for cleaning.

Can yamoo drops and colic aid drops be administered together? I give colic aid whenever baby feels stomach ache & yamoo before every feed mostly. Is it fine to do the same?
