Hello doctors .. can you please suggest me is this medicine use would be safe or not for baby of 1month 7days old and also can i use gypwater for my baby .. Reason for usage : gastric problem for baby Thank you

Dont use the medicines mentioned in the pics for ur baby.dont use gripe water also.if ur child has colic then use colic aid drops 10drops as and when needed.
