Child Health Issues

My 3.5 mnths old baby is hvng running nose.. should i give her any medicine...its since yest... plz suggest any medicine.

She is 2 year young old girl and suffers almost past 1 1/2 yrs breathing problems and wezing trouble and sever coughing and could now vomiting continue ... I already med pulmonologist they said nothing just coughing only told and give one antibiotics for roxthromcin syrup thats all its right treatment ?????? Can anyone suggestions to me right treatment

My son is 2 years old and he has developed chicken pox. Can I give paracetamol to reduce his fever. My mom says not to give any medicine and Light food and good rest will cure him. His fever is responding nicely to paracetamol (gave him thinking it was a normal fever). Right now he has only few blisters, restless.

My son is 4 years old, he has very bad cough, vomit and stomach pain (due to heavy cough) , almost every night, from one week. When he was sleeping at night.... Suddenly cough starts... And after 5-10 mins he sleeps normally but 4th those 5-10 mins are very bad, he cries a lot, very heavy cough, stomach pain, vomiting, chocking... Pls help

Doctor prescribed propysalic nf ointment for a 3.6 yrs old child's skin infection. Is it ok to use it?
