Severe diarhea 1 year old
1 year old has severe diarhea with minor vomiting, giving bifilac 5ml twice a day since last two days but no improvement. Have limited milk intake to once a day but even that one time is followed by severe bout of loose motions 6-7 times in 3-4 hours. Child has good water intake, not taking solid food and severe diaper rAsh despite using cloth nappies and not using wipes for cleaning.

Use siloderm for rashes .
Try to keep open without diaper and nappy
As the rash improves diarrhoea will b better
