Not a problem give sips of water along with solid food. Still tight then use enzyme drops like neopeptine 10 to 15 drops thrice daily 15mins before food.

Stool formation depends totally on the diet you give. At this age, give 2 solid meals including high fiber items such as cornflakes,Dalia, green leafy vegetables like spinach(palak-paneer,e.g) and fruits like mango, cheeku, steamed apple etc. Give 4 milk feeds including one top formula feed and rest breastfeeds.
