Is it fine to delay child's vaccination by three days.. My baby is six months... His vaccination was on 3rd I had to travel on 6 so I can get it done on 8 right?

Almost 20 days has been over, Progress is extremely slow. kindly advice should I seek for Second opinion form any Orthopedic Dr. How much time it take to recover full?
