My baby is 5 months old. Should I start to give her lectogen milk? Is there any side effects of it. I'm little worried please help?

My 2 year Old baby boy took zandu parad tikdi contains parad (mercury ) 30 mg and khatika ( calcium carbonate) just before half an hour. Is it poisonous. Kindly give suggestions fast what should I do.? But he is playing and look like normal.

Hello doctor.my baby is 22 month old.my baby suffered last month from lose motions.immediately after eatng she was passing motion(lose watery stools)she was given antibiotics.we got stool test done.rbc were there.pus cells were also high.after antibiotic treatment we got stool test done again reports were normal.but motions were not completely fine.so we gave probiotic nizumid.she was fine.now again she is passing motion after eating anything.they are not watery but have curd like consistency.
