My Daughter Nainika Upper part boby is having the temperature, and lower part body is having normal temperature. Nainika Age: 10 Month is running. Please suggest me any medicine for her.

My baby is suffering from viral fever for the past 3 days. She is vomiting the solid foods and even the medicines. I can understand that she can't take solid foods now. But, coming to medines, can you suggest flavoured medicines for fever, cough and cold, if available in the market.
