Child Health Issues

My 4 month old son can vaccinate for pneumococcal vaccine dose 1 at this stage (age of 4 month) as he has missed her vaccine at 1.5 month due to some reason. All dose can given at the age of 4, 5 and 6 months.

She is constipated whenever there is water change. And as soon as cold breeze arrives her cold and cough problems follow. Vomiting is common problem followed after the above problems.

My 5 and half year old son started to speak late then normal but it seems he is behind in social skills and communications in comparison to his age group. First he is very distracted, he can't complete full sentences and also he tried to enact the characters of the show he watches. Though we have restricted his TV and mobile access a lot. He is not able to answers questions correctly and can't express himself fully. Study wise he is very good and learns things fast and do good in class. Do we need to take him to some psychiatrist or child psychologist. Please advise?

My 7 months old baby is fever for 3 days,am giving maxtra drops but after 4-5 hour it starts,can i give pediatric suppository???

I was blessed with a baby boy on 23 June 2018. On his 3rd day of life his bilirubin was 13.9 . He is Being breast fed and passing urine normally 5-6 times a day . He didn’t poop for 5 days straight but pooped yesterday after he was given laxative by doc. His TSH on 11th day is 5.01 , bilirubin 10.7 and sgot ast 89 . Please advice

My kid is 1.5 years old and having water/semi liquid motions 3-4 times a day. We have stopped giving him milk and he is having khichdi, juice, banana and ORS. For motions, he is having AD 30 3 times a day as per doctor's prescription. We have observed that his appetite has increased significantly and he feels very hungry at a time. Is it normal or he is facing some issues?

My son is 7 months old and he has got fever.Should I continue taking perinorm as suggested by my doctor for increasing breast milk as I am afraid it might affect him.

Temperature is 102,temperature is started from 6 pm sinarest  5 ml first drop is given at 6 pm am. And second drop of 5 ml is given at 12Am today. please suggest further

Fever since 2days and vomiting and stomach pain is also there. And she is taking mefkind plus and gudcef 100 and not eating anything

We haven paracetamol syrup 1-1-1 and gudcef 100mg (half) tab 1-0-1. Still fever is high. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
