Child Health Issues

My daughter who is 2 and half month has started putting her thumb and at times all 4 fingers in the mouth from last 10 days.Now she is doing it even while sleeping even if she is not hungry.She sucks her thumb very vigorously and cries on removing. If it is hand and mouth co ordination..can we use some pacifiers or soothers..She cries on her hand being removed and its all red when taken out. Pls advise or guide.

Hello doctor, my baby is 1 month and 11 days. My problem is my baby who used to take breast milk easily is pushing away and refusing to take breast milk. This has been happening since the past 3 plus days. I had to take a medication of Tranexamic acid for heavy menstrual bleeding for 3 days and I noticed my baby started refusing to take my breast milk ever since I started taking the medication. I stopped taking the med but she is still refusing to nurse. Is there a problem with my baby? Worried.

Got hit in his head by his twin brother .. and after sometime started  crying saying his head s aching and vomited ... Do we get headache due to indigestion and before vomiting sensation? 1 wk ago got fever (103°F) for 2.5 days followed by red scratchy rashes (started behind ear) and other parts of the body. Unwilling to take any food since then. If fed forcefully, vomiting. And from today morning mucous diarrhea (12 times till 6p.m). Kindly advise.
