Child Health Issues

What should be the nutrition chart followed for a school going kid such that they get all necessary vitamins,iron ,calcium etc. For strength and proper growth physically and mentally.

My baby is 4 months old and is having alot of sensation in his gums. He all the time puts his hand in his mouth. He is unable to take teether or pacifier as of now. Please suggest some remedy.

From 5 days my small baby 21 days , having cough and cold. Some times heavy cough. We consultant doctor on Saturday 25 th Aug and the doctor said that it is infection. And suggested maxtra 3 ml 3 times daily for 5 days and nasoclean . We are using these medicine since from that day . But still she ia suffering with heavy cough some times in day. But no ferver as of now. May i know how it will continue? What to do now. When should revisit the doctor.

My daughter is 8 years old and her height is 3.10" . Sh is very skinny and she is taking less food not even finishes her meal at school not at home (not even a chappati or a egg) . Doctor prescribed her cyplactic plus but after few days her problem retain same. Her birth weight 2.75kg.she has lack of concentration.( her thyroid , harmonal food alergy and liver test are norml those test suggested me are normal.) Plz suggest .
