My baby frequently passed motion so I gave water to my 3 weeks old baby, then only I search about it I was shocked, now my baby is in normal condition only there is no symptoms of water intoxication, is that affect my baby in future?

My two year old has selective Iga and has constant fevers and infections he Has began to get different symptoms utacaria, swollen inflamed foot in the past but this week he developed another temperature on Monday then a cough Tuesday today he has had bad diarrhoea with green muscus and once there was streaks of red blood his temperature isn’t high but I feel that there is more going on than low Iga and no one will listen to me

My 3 year old boy is having mild temperature cold and cough. His petratic has suggested Allegra, calories and my olive in past. Shall I give the same and how much and what us the time duration.

My 9months old baby is not gaining weight and height. I started semi solids after 5months. After started solids, she is passing stool after every feed(its not watery sometimes hard and mostly looks normal but not properly digestive sometimes). While breastfeeding she was passing stool for every 5 to 7days. I am giving cerelac, millet mix, rice, breast milk and formula milk. She is active but not crawling.her birth weight is 2.8kgs and now she is 6.4kgs

Can I take chymothal forte when breastfeeding? I have slight swelling and little pain in incision area 2 months after c-section.
