My daughter has developed a rashes like insect/any bites on her body. Not sure something bite her. Specially on neck and back. Its itchy too.. I hv given her citrizene syrup today 2 times. Still the rashes are there. Any reason to worry?

My screen result is +Ve for down syndrome in triple marker blood report. Risk ratio is 1:243. But nothing comes up in early target scan. Is this triple marker blood report is trustworthy or not.we don't want to go for amnio If down syndrome is really positive then what is it's cure, how we can avoid this for having healthy baby.
