Headache with fever
Hi Dr.
My son of 6 years old has been complaining of head ache since yesterday. He has a cold as well. As of late today only his head has become hot.also his front upper incisor tooth is shaking,could this be the reason?I applied vicks as well. Kindly help.

No,it's probably viral fever.
Just give steam inhalations for cold and use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever and pain and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
