Fever in 3.10 yr old kid
My 3.10yr old son has got fever from 2 days. I am giving Meftal 3.5ml & fever goes down. Again in 6-7hrs it is coming back. Once he vomited & complains about body ache when fever increases. Do u suggest covid test for him or is this seasonal flu.
