Child Health Issues

Hi All, I have 3 months old son, he have green patch on his lower back, just above the butt, since his birth we have observed this, kindly suggest if this is normal.

Can i drink black coffee and lemon for weightloss if i am a breastfeeding mother ?

Child was suffering from very high fever of 105° C in night after giving water pad on head it was  100° C. It again raised in afternoon now normal .Pls suggest

My 3 months old daughter has discolouration around her neck area. Entire body has single skin tone bt the area below jaw and neck has 2 skin tones. Attaching pics for reference. Shall I wait and observe as she is too young or is this serious and should be taken care of immediately.

My maid 2 month son has upper respiratory infection from birth he is bottle fed from birth he got pneumonia when 15 days old and hospitalised for 7days. now he is 2.5months but his infection never gone away they have milk business everyone dealing a lot with cows and buffaloes so maybe due to that smell or unhygienic conditions or what... Pediatric gave him wikodryl drops for 7 days but no effect.we r afraid we r managing aptamil milk for him but due to cows at home they r insisting on cows milk. Some people say it will go with season. But I m afraid little boy has weak immune system and these consistent infections.will he survive in such conditions.. She had got son after so many years what else we can do for him .he breath fast during and after feeds and like mucus making sounds cough when lying.. Sometimes bluish hands and feet I dnt think pediatric will give excess medicine for him or hospitaling him again will be good..he is taking feeds on proper time

My 6 years baby once she back from school daily saying stomach pain from last 20 days.. Local paediatrician checked and said normal acidity kind of pain. Used Drotin -DS syrup for a week.. Day time she does not feel pain.. evening n night times saying stomach pain. Tried rantac syrup and jr lozels also But problem still we have.. Thank you in advance.

My son is 12 week old, from one wee k his frequency of stools have increased, almost after every feeding, colour is almost greenish yellow or yellow, seedy and not too much watery, he is on formula milk bottles and once or twice a day he is breast feeding, he is active and cheerful, he is taking bonnison gripe water 2 to 3 time a day,. Tonoferon ( irondrops) twice a day, Vita Nova d3 drops once a day ,. His frequency of urine is 6 to 7 times in 24 hours.

Hi Can all blue, green , brown aavin packets be given to one year old ? If so should I mix water to milk or shouldn't ? Please advise
