Solid food for 6 months baby
Can cerelac be given for my son who is 6 months old?Which is good cerelac rice or cerelac wheat? Any other suggestions for solid food?

It's better if you start making Dalia , paste of Dal chawal, smashed vegetables, vegetable soup and give it to your son
Consistency should be thin and gradually you can make it thick once he start accepting properly
