Loose motion in 6 month old baby
For the past 18 days my son is having loose motion..he poops 6 to 7 times a day..he is active..sometimes his poop is green,frothy and watery..Sometimes its yellow..Have consulted the doctor too..gave him a lot of medicines as well as antibiotics also..but still his poop count is the same..what can be done to stop this loose motion?

Was he having any cold cough?? If the child is active taking feeds properly,good urine output,no treatment is required Perhaps u might have introduced new food in his diet just check that Otherwise no need for any medication No antibiotics for sure it will worsen the diarrhea as the normal gut bacteria are killed

It’s perfectly normal for his age. Babies when on breastfeed pass up to 10-15 motions per day . Anything between 10-15 per day to once in 3-4 days is normal. The colour of poop depends on how frequent he is passing motion. It will be greenish if he passes too frequent. Any colour is normal except white.
