My 1 year old boy's left eye is red from last 2 days he is active and not crying and no watery eyes or no any other kind of discharge from his eye. What to do in this case?

If there is any itching on rubbing, this may be allergic eye flu, otherwise if there is only single eye redness then this could be due to to unknown trauma and is best seen by an eye specialist
