My 1 year old baby does not eat anyrhing.i have tried many time in a day.he always refuse to eat.what can i do?

Is betonin increase aptite of baby?may baby is 1 year old and baby weight is 9kg in last month.please suggest something

I stopped day time  breastfeed still he ask sometimes while sleeping what to do if i dont feed he starts screaming how to stop day time feeding

My kid 4.5 yrs old weight 13 kgs received dtp and opv  vaccines yesterday... doctor asked me to give paracetamol 4 ml 6hrs once after vaccination even if he doesnt get fever... Should I give paracetamol for 2 days continuously or shall I stop giving him after a day of vaccine if he doesn't have fever??
