My one month old baby boy has nasal & chest congestion. Dr has prescribed nasoclear drops - 1 drop each nostril in 4 hrs. I can see mucus in his nostrils. How can I clean that if that will be helpful?

My son was suffering with constipation from past 3 weeks, two days backs he was given enema by my pediac. Again today he is crying to pass stool, Currently we are giving him Darolac and Simcon Junior. Can we give him Castor oil? If yes, how much ml do we need to give. Please help me, I am unable to see my Son struggling. Any Suggestions would be helpful. P.S: We are also following proper fibre diet Morning: Dosa/Idly/Cerelac Pre-Lunch: Fruits( Papaya, Grapes, Apples) Lunch: Rice with Dal or vegetables Snack time: Popcorn/Juice Dinner: Rice/Chapati
