Baby not having any medicine She is vomiting all medicines She has throat infection and fever Please help

My son is having fever from 12th morning and as per the doc we are giving him crocin and if the temp is rising more than 102 giving him meftal. Still he is having fever. He had running nose before this started but not now. Last year in January he was admitted in the hospital after birth after a week bcoz he has sepsis. Can sepsis again come back. He doesn't have dry eyes or vomiting. His heartbeat is 122 per min. His breathing is normal as well.

Hi , Can we take painkillers like Dolo 650, Crocin ,etc for a persistent headache in mother while breastfeeding a 2week old ?

Hello Doctors, I have a concern and I am hoping for some suggestions from you all.. My baby boy is 2.2 years now and he use to chew food properly till last two weeks. From last two weeks till now i saw him he place the food into the mouth and do not chew, I keep need to press his cheeks so that he start chewing. But I do not understand why he suddenly stopped chewing. He takes lottt of time to finish his food because of this... please suggest what can be the reason and what should I do to bring him back to his original flow.

My daughter had a brief episode of febrile seizure 10days ago along with a bad stomach bug. Rushed 2 hospital and had 2 be watched for 24hrs. I was briefed by doc for the same for my 2.10year old. Doc has asked me to give half tab if frisium 5mg 12hr gap along with paracetamol My doubt is do we give frisium even when there is no fever ???

My nephew who is of age 1 month 20 days, weighs 5 kg weight, had gone through vaccination 2 days ago. Since then, he is not feeding as before. Also he had fever unto yesterday. Even after relieved with fever, he is not feeding well. So, we visited a doctor nearby, day before yesterday and yesterday as well. He has suggested us to use the following attached drops for 2 days. Now, my query is should we still give the drops to baby if his body temperature is around 96° F? Also, show we worry about baby not feeding well after the vaccine?
