Child Health Issues

My 2.5 year old son has not started speaking.He can say only 3-4 words only as of now. He born prematurely at 7.5 month at 2.3 kg.All was good in delivery. Do I need to see any speech therapist and when? What could we do as a parent?

My son 1 year old went to sleep. When he woke up his whole upper lip is fully swollen. He was perfectly alright when he went to sleep. How to treat this

Sir my son age 12 years, his pennise size is 6cm now,   we are consultant endocrine from 2016, on that time do some tests testosterone, lh fsh ,prolactin,digital x Ray for brain , ultrasound testies, on that time lh hormone levels low, other tests normal,on that time pennise size 4.5cm, doctor say comes after one year , consulting one year he do testosterone levels 2.5ng/Dl pennise size 4.5cm he gives,testosterone injection monthly 50 mg gives 3 months and stop after 4 month his pennise 5.5 cm he comes after 6 months, pennise size same then gives same dose testosterone pennise size 6cm,and stop present age 12 years, hair growth start at internel parts sir please give right direction this is problem ,or age unda, we are show any other doctor please give solution

My 6month old baby is given 4 dose of hepatitis B instead of 3 dose - one at birth, one at 6th week, one at 10th week and one at 6th month.. will extra dose of Hepatitis B will harm my baby

My son age is 1year he will cough continues in some times if give ipravant 1ml with saline water nublization it will get controlled we went many paediatricians They give leolin,Ashthalin,budocort, puffs it won't , work. We did bronchoscopey nothing in that Using ipravant will cause any side effects in future

My 10 weeks old baby got vaccination and I am not sure whether it is Penta vac or quadravax.. As I have moved to different place I am not able to check with doctor about this. If my baby got pentavac in 10th week then 3 dose of hepatitis B is done - at birth, 6th week and 10th week.. As per schedule hepatitis B is to be given on 6th month.. Is it ok to give extra dose of  hepatitis B on 6th month.. Giving extra dose of hepatitis B will harm my baby..

My 16 month old daughter has been suffering from severe constipation and loss in appetite. She is currently 8.73 kg. We had given her medicines but couldn't finally any relief. She is now scared to pass stool also and seeing spots of blood as well. For the past one month I have been observing that she is getting a dent above her belly button and her belly button seems to be a bit buldged. It wasn't like this before. is there something to be worried of ?

So crying alot if not feeding immediately also stopped drinking normal milk too. Kindly suggest any medicine or suggestions to feed her.
