My 2.5 year old son suffering cold and cough since last 3-4 days during cough he has also throat is aching

Hello Doctor, Please help, my kid - 5yr old before few days sipped hot coffee, just the first sip. I gave some normal water after that. Even after few days now he says he has burning sensation in the center of the tongue. Not the whole tongue. He has a white layer on the tongue , so I am not able to see whether there is still any wound beneath it. Help pls , please reply I am afraid what to do.

Hi , My son is given flu2 vaccine two times is there any risk. Flu 1 has been given first time in 7th month and later flu2 given in 8 month.This has been not documented in chart.So  doctor given flu2 in 10month is there any issue with this.

My Son is suffering from pnemonia only symptoms are cough. Doctor prescribed Mega- CV 300 mg injection.(amoxycillin and potassium clavulante injection 300 mg) Twice a day and 5 days course. And cough syrup actifed DM. His early symptom is only cough after 5 days doctor prescribed blood test and chest x ray in that pnemonia found in right lung. After two days of injection his cough is under control but at night when he breath some snoring sounds like fluid stored in chest. Please suggest how many days required to cure please suggest.

My son is 8 yrs old. Since yesterday afternoon he is having a really bad throat and in evening a fever of 101. He was feeling cold as well. I gave him ibugesic plus yesterday. But today his fever is 102. Kindly advise...

Hi.. After vaccine can we use paracetamol tablet for 3months 23days baby girl..? In government hospitals they are giving tablets for babies to relieve pain and fever after vaccine. So which is the correct option either Paracetamol drops or Paracetamol tablet for 3months above girl. In same day can we use parallel paracetamol tablet and drops for baby? Please suggest me and do needful..

My 2 month old baby is creating a lot of fuss during feeding for last two days. He is spitting up milk more than usual. Twice he spit up the entire milk during burping. No fever..not sure if he has cold. Two times colicoid given in 48 hours. Not passed any motion for last 3 days but passing gas. Kindly advice

My son was suffering with constipation from past 3 weeks and after using medication and proper diet still the problem was exists. So my pediac has suggested few tests, and we have ultrasound abdominal tests. The result of this test says--Multiple Lymphnodes noted in the abdomen largest 18* 10 So is this the main culprit for causing constipation in my child? Request you guys to help me understand on this report Thanks in Advance

My baby had high grade fever for 2 days last week.. after fever reduced she started passing loose stools .. for past 4 days she cries while passing stool every time . Her stool is more of mucus and sometimes with bloody mucus . She passes stool 5-6 times a day . Now she doesn't have fever or vomiting but just this bloody mucus diarrhea. Is it dysentery? should I go to hospital or wait for it to resolve?
