Hi my child is 3 months old and we accidentally gave her honey with porridge after beginning of fourth month. Then read about infant botulism due to honey.
It's one week since then she's feeding fine and pooping once in two days.
As a precaution what can I do , please help

Exclusively breastfeed ur baby till 6 months of age....complementary feeding shd b started after 6 months of age, can be started a bit earlier in some situations with few food items but u have to discuss that with ur pediatrician...
