Child Health Issues

Hi Dr, My child wbc/hpf is 20-25... mucus strands- flakes, undigested particles present and reducing substance present... Reaction(ph)-6.0... does this mean he has UTI he is passing 2-3 stools in a days sometimes 4-5 and he started teething also does it all connect each other we have started giving him solids as well. This report has been done after 5 days antibiotic course. Please suggest

Hi doctor, my 7 month bby is in fever from last two days somewhere between 101.4 to 101.8 f, she doesn't have other correlating symptoms such as cold etc. but yes she appears restless. Is it serious and should I visit doc I have already given her calpol twice 1ml dose each time

My baby is 44 days old. I had one boiled country egg yesterday with my lunch. She was crying for most of the time in the night so i gave her colic aid. She had one or two poos later and was feeling gaseous. She slept only after the gas got relieved and had a little green poop. Does this mean she is allergic to eggs ? Until which month should I avoid eating eggs? Will she be allergic to eggs always or goes away once she grows ? Note ;  She s a late preterm baby born at 37 weeks and weighed 2 kg at birth. Now she weighs normal.

My 3 years 3 month old son is having fever 101.7 fernhit I have given crocin 240... 5 ml at 2:15 am how much time will it take to reduce fever.how long I need to give medicine . Fever increase hua dyny k baad bhi to kya karna chahiye.coz his fever is not coming down.

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 2.11 she had viral gastroenteritis on 28th Jan and lasted for 1 week post which she lost her appetite drastic. While nursing it back she ended up having a mild cold on last Wednesday and woke up to a fever on Thursday 99.5. It started spiking to 103 that night. I gave her Meftal P. Post which have been giving her Crocin DS. It goes and comes back to 99 or 100. As of today, she has also started passing loose stools about 4 times in the day and small quantities that are looking mucus. She has a cold where the mucus is slightly yellowish and cough that irritates her a bit. I gave her Kofarest PD and started Augmentine DDS today. Now when I check, her fever is back with 100.8. I am worried and want to understand is this Viral fever or do I need to subject her to blood tests. I do not want to do it however if I dont have a choice I will. Will augmentine help. Do I need to continue crocin also side by side.

My daughter is 4 months old. Today She is passing stool frequently (7 times so far) but in small amounts. Usually she has a pattern of pooping thrice a day. She did not strain much while passing stools today. And the color of the stool was getting paler. I have attached the image of the stool she passed last.  Should I be concerned?

Hello Sir/Madam, We recently moved to India from USA.. In USA we are using Aveeno baby wash & shampoo and aveeno daily moisture lotions for my 3.5 years and 8 months babies.. What is the equivalent brand in India to use/ buy.. Please advise..

My paediatrician has prescribed Vitamin D3 drops and calcium carbonate syrup for my 2 month old son. He is not exclusively breastfed and we use top feed so Dr recommended them. But after starting this medication he's uncomfortable and has colic like pain. Do this medication cause gas or spasm?
