How to treat dry caugh to my 9months old baby, what is the treatment any natural medicines or should I go with baby caugh cyrup

Hello Docs, Today my baby( approx 4 months) has got 3rd dose of PCV vaccination and he is suffering from 100.5 (fever is going up and down after every 4 hours). We are giving him paracetamol drops after every 4 hours. Please suggest if this is fine or we need to consult doctor.

My kid is 3 years old, she had running nose and cough for past 3days, Can we give her 'Atarax' and 'Tminic' 5ml each for running nose and cough

Hi My pre matured baby (35 weeks and 4days) baby does not pass motion in first 48hrs after she birth. Also she had problem with breathing. Doctor tried enema and now she passed motion frequently as well as breathing problem resolved. Please let me know the cause? Thanks in advanced

My daughter of 1 year old has motion yellow in colour. Please find the attached pic. She is having motions 3 times a day. Since  from 1 week she is having such kind of motions.
