Child Health Issues

My 2 years son looks very thin. His weight is 10.8kg now.His height is 88cm. During his birth he was 3.4kg. He eats 3 times meals, snacks, milk one time. He is physically very active, all the time he will be running. Motion,  urinate all fine. Please help diet chart plan to gain his more weight. And i'm worried he looks very thin compared to other kids,.

Sir/mam,mine 15 month daughter is suffering from blood allergy.today doctor took his blood sample and found the same.after how much time she will be fine.what may be her treatment.kindly suggest.is it dangerous?

Is it necessary to boil RO water before giving it to baby ?

My daughter(8 years old and weight 23 kg) is having little cold & cough for 8 days. We ignored first since it's not too much and thought that it will be cured naturally but then decided yesterday(7th May) to give her Relent syrup 5 ml(Cetrizine + Ambroxol) twice a day. But next day morning, when she got up from bed and we found many hives on her legs,hands & face which got disappeared after few hours. Is Relent syrup causing this problem? How to cure hives if it comes again?

Hello..my 13 month baby has mouth ulcer under lower lip...this is second time ..one month ago also has mouth ulcer under upper lip... Why is happening... She drink less water I try but not open mouth always I feed water forcely .. And also has stomach infection before it.. Tell me reason why is happen to baby.. Can I give ragi malt in breakfast twice a week in such a summer?
