Child Health Issues

Hello doctor , My daughter is 3 months old baby . She is currently taking shimilac powder milk as well as mother milk. We consult one doctor in jafferkhanpet , she put 45 days vaccination injection for my baby. Once again she told me that coming 22nd need to put another injection for baby to avoid effects of taking powder milk. So we totally confused to put that injection , please suggest your ideas Thanks.

My son is suffering from fever since yesterday. I gave syrup P-250 since yesterday but still the temperature is 99.89 can you suggest me what medicine should could you suggest any antibiotic.
