My 3 months baby vomited through nose and mouth last night and she is constipated also since last 3 days, can i give domperidone suspension to my baby and how many ml ? Also can i give asthakind-p drops and how many ml?? Should i give any drops for passing motion?

Our baby is 13 weeks old. From yesterday, he is coughing frequently and drooling too much. Also while breathing making too much noise & sound,feels like sufferred with cold and sneezing frequently.His entire body temperature is normal except head is mild hot. He coughs only when awake and even though we hold him upright position. He was diagnosed with GERD when he  8 weeks old but after few days GERD symptoms were disappear.

My son is suffering from 102 fever from past 4 days. Doctor has given paracetamol 250 and then cipla syrup. Yesterday in the blood test crp result is 112. Doctor started Celine and injections. Please help if this infection is curable within 48 hours. What precautions I have to take in future. From past 24 hours doctor didn't allow to drink even water.
