Child Health Issues

Dark green stool after 2 months vaccination. Please advice accordingly. happening from last 2 days. Vaccination done this Wednesday

Hi ... We were blessed with baby boy and he is 23 days old now. But he had been suffering with cold and nose block since 10 days. Initially it was mild, later on it increased especially in the early hours. Tried few home remedies which have temp relief and a pediatrician suggested nasaldrops and mucolite along with sporlac. Been using this since 3 dags but no great development in nose blockage. My kid also has gastric issue, farting frequently before the motion and cries whever he pees or for motion except when he is in deep.sleep. another question is, we have pet_dog at our place. Is this also a cause for the cold and nose block as i read in an article in google. Dog doesn't lick but it keeps roaming in the room and sometimes we also see fur on kids face mouth eyes etc. Pls suggest what needs to be done. And is it advisable to put my kid in AC as he has nose block already. Due to extreme heat we are being helpless.

My son is having 101 fever. I don't have crocin or ibugesic with me. Can I give him meftal p suspension? I don't want the fever to rise in the night

After 8 days of a loose stool but not watery ..given enterogerminia for 3 days 5 ml twice.... n tummy soft for 5 days ...but not much effect so done stool n urine test... everything came normal accept ((reducing substance stool came positive n pH in stool is 8))...as my Dr appointment is on coming sun..can u let me is it anything to worry a lot..though he is playful n everything but can't digest food much...or should I continue enterogerminia for how many days n dosage Attach r report for stool

My daugter is of 5 yrs old she is in 1st class she is very sensative with the issues like small quarells in school cab , in school and in house also she cries very early in small issues and it last for half an hour so why it is happened and is there is any deficiency

My toddler is passing stool after every meal..n even 4 to 5 a day since 8 days..which is not his tendency of poo...I have already given tummy soft for intial 5 five days but nothing happened...than I started with enterogerminia 5 ml twice a day...for 3 day...now I m done with everything..but there is no improvement..he is hungry as nothing is staying up in his stomach..n he can't sleep because of hunger..I can't give enough food as his condition get worse in terms of potty..
