I wanted to know when should I get my son who is 3 years old yearly flu shot ? What is the month when the new strain comes out every year? And if I take one now in January can I take second one again when the new strain comes or should I wait for the new strain to come ?

Hi my 1yr old baby had cold 3 days before stomach pain Given all related medicine after that he is refusing eating food only breastfeeding not sleeping properly at night refusing dressed up at night even if its winter and cold making body cramping movements all night All night doing feeding only getting irritate crying a lot   not eating  anything day time active pees normal but night time started   all this stuffs while night sleep is not an issue  before plz help out
