My 1 year 2 months old daughter is suffering from fever from this morning I gave her dolo 120 4 ml at 7 am but the temperature increased again at 1 pm so I gave her 4 ml again and similarly again at 5 pm, should i consult to doctor physically or is it because of teething, there are no other symptoms
