Child Health Issues

Hi Doc, My baby is 11 months old and 7.7 kg. Few days back he had cold and fever and it got fine after medications but after that we used diapers extensively to ensure he doesn't get cold after urine. Now 2 days back we saw 2 pimples like thing on the private area which is now little bigger than it was earlier. It has no pain or itching. Also no other pimples on any other body part Please see and suggest what can be reason and any medications.

My baby was born premie and currently she is 5 mths old and corrected age is 3 mths. She was born 10 weeks early and her birth weight was 1229 gms. Since birth there hasn't been much issue apart from slow weight gain. In NICu she was gaining between 150-200gms per week as she was on fortified breast milk. When she was given discharge she weighed 2490 gms at 39 weeks. Post that she did breastfeeding( shallow latch) and expressed breastmilk. Week 1 post discharge she only gained 80gms.So paediatrician suggested to fortify her breastmilk with formula. We started giving her 150 ml of fortified breastmilk and she in some weeks gained betn 150-200gms.Post that I wanted her to be on complete breastfeeding and under guidance of lactation who suggested to stop formula and only breastfeed baby on demand. (Before this baby use to feed every 3 hours). 1st week only breastfeeding- no increase in weight, 2nd week expressed breastmilk top up- 120 gms and 3rd week only 100 gms. What could be the issue

Hi sir/mam, my son is 50 days old, when i hold his leg with finger his legs starts shivering and once I let it free he is normal This happens from yesterday Note: 3 days back he had nose block and mucus kind of thing in his throat Doctor have prescribed mucoz 15 ml and rhelok syrup I see this symptoms only after using this medicine, is it a side effect of medicine ? If yes, how long it will take to subside please.advice am.scared

I'm using littles baby wipes form the day my kid was born..it contains phenoxyethanol..these days everyone saying these chemical cause cancer...is it safe to use or I discontinue using it..are there any alternatives.. please answer my question... Thank you

14 month kid, passing loose  stool 4 times a day after every feed , I gave him zinc supplement , entroflora,and antibiotics, but not reduced, wat else to give ?

How to boost breast milk production? I am taking lactare granules and lactare capsule trice a day, yet my baby feels hungry all the time. What else supplements should I consume.

My 6 weeks boy sleeps only 3 hours in a day and he will not sleep straight 8 hours and sleeps at 1 am in the night. He takes very short naps while feeding and he demands feeding continuously. I am really worried as it is always said babies need more sleep and its important for their development. Is it fine if he sleeps overall 10 hours in 24 hours.
